About the Role
Youtooz is on the hunt for a dedicated Customer Support Representative to join their team, primarily working with customers across various support channels. As a key member of the Youtooz team, you will be responsible for providing top-notch support, troubleshooting issues, and fostering a positive community around the brand. Your day-to-day will involve resolving order-related issues, responding to customer inquiries, and engaging with the community on social media platforms.The ideal candidate will have a strong passion for customer support, excellent written English skills, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment. You will be working closely with a small, passionate team dedicated to delivering exceptional customer experiences and growing the Youtooz brand.
What You Will Do
- Provide customer support across multiple channels, including email, Twitter, Facebook, Instagram, and Reddit
- Resolve order-related issues, such as address changes, refunds, lost shipments, and product defects
- Assist with internal operational and logistical tasks to ensure smooth support, release, and delivery of Youtooz Collectibles
- Engage with the community on social media by responding to support inquiries and feedback
- Act as a Youtooz brand ambassador, promoting the company's mission and values
- Contribute to growing the online community through thoughtful interactions on social platforms
- Collaborate with the team to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions
- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and developments in internet culture and customer support
- Develop and maintain a deep understanding of Youtooz products and services
- Identify and escalate complex issues to the relevant teams
- Participate in training and development programs to enhance your skills and knowledge
What We Are Looking For
- 1+ years of experience in customer support across multiple channels
- Experience with high-volume and fast-paced customer support environments
- Proficiency in e-commerce platforms, such as Shopify, WooCommerce, or SquareSpace
- Experience with ticketing systems, like Zendesk, Jira, or Zoho
- Ability to work independently and efficiently
- Excellent attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills
- Passion for customer support and internet culture
- Strong written English skills
- Ability to work in a remote setting and collaborate with a distributed team
Nice to Have
- Bachelor's Degree or higher
- Written fluency in additional languages
- Social Media Support experience, particularly with Twitter, Instagram, and Reddit
- Community Management experience
- Strong familiarity with internet and pop culture
