About the Role

The Customer Technology Advisor role at Kyndryl is a dynamic and challenging position that requires a unique blend of technical expertise and business acumen. As a trusted advisor to Kyndryl's clients, you will be responsible for driving targeted opportunities and exceeding customer expectations through the delivery of cutting-edge cloud solutions. You will work closely with the sales team, consulting partners, and customer partners to identify business and technical requirements and develop profitable deals that drive success.

As a key member of the Go-To-Market team, you will leverage your technical and solution expertise to drive innovation and growth. Your ability to communicate complex technical concepts in a clear and concise manner will be essential in showcasing Kyndryl's credibility and eminence in the industry. What You Will Do

  • Develop and deliver compelling demonstrations, proof of concepts, and prototypes to showcase the value of Kyndryl's cloud solutions
  • Collaborate with the sales team to identify business and technical requirements and develop profitable deals
  • Work closely with consulting partners and customer partners to drive targeted opportunities and exceed customer expectations
  • Provide technical expertise and guidance to internal stakeholders to ensure quality and compliance verification
  • Develop and maintain relationships with external alliance partners to foster a collaborative environment
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest cloud technologies and trends, applying this knowledge to drive innovation and growth
  • Support Consulting, Advisory, and Architecture activities across Sales, Pre-Sales & Delivery
  • Coordinate the entire pre-sales process, ensuring quality and compliance verification while adhering to Kyndryl best practices
  • Identify and mitigate potential risks and issues, developing contingency plans as needed
  • Develop and deliver customer-facing presentations and materials to showcase Kyndryl's capabilities and value proposition

What We Are Looking For

  • Strong technical knowledge of cloud solutions, particularly AWS
