About the Role
Join Flexport as a Customs Associate and become a vital part of our customs operations team, facilitating the smooth movement of goods into Canada.Responsibilities
- Create and submit customs entries for high-profile clients.
- Digitally prepare and submit all documentation required for clearance with CBSA.
- Stay updated on all regulations and procedures of CBSA and Participating Government Agencies (PGAs).
- Review and organize incoming documents to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Provide exceptional customer service support, ensuring a seamless experience for clients.
- Participate in training programs to enhance your knowledge of customs compliance.
Requirements
- CCS Designation.
- Good understanding of CARM.
- Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
Nice to Have
- Familiarity with global customs laws and regulations.
- Previous experience in customs operations or related fields.
