Job Description

About the Role

As a Customs Compliance Consultant at Reachdesk, you will be responsible for supporting the company on a range of customs compliance projects across global operations. This is a hands-on, high-impact contract role that requires the ability to quickly assess risk, improve processes, and work across multiple stakeholders. You will partner closely with teams across Operations, Logistics, Marketplace, Product, Legal, and Finance to strengthen the way Reachdesk manages customs and cross-border trade compliance.

The role is fully remote, and you will be expected to overlap with London or New York working hours. You will be working with a global team that is passionate about building genuine human connections through gifting and swag platforms. What You Will Do

  • Assess risk and improve processes across customs compliance projects
  • Work closely with teams across Operations, Logistics, Marketplace, Product, Legal, and Finance
  • Strengthen the way Reachdesk manages customs and cross-border trade compliance
  • Partner with external stakeholders to ensure compliance with customs regulations
  • Develop and implement customs compliance procedures and policies
  • Conduct audits and assessments to ensure compliance with customs regulations
  • Provide training and support to teams on customs compliance procedures
  • Collaborate with the logistics team to ensure smooth delivery of goods
  • Work with the finance team to ensure compliance with financial regulations
  • Develop and maintain relationships with customs brokers and other external stakeholders
