Customs Compliance Consultant

As a Customs Compliance Consultant, you will be an integral part of this mission, ensuring that the company's global operations are compliant with customs regulations and that the company can continue to deliver personalized gifts, branded swag, and memorable events and brand experiences at scale.

What You Will Do

• Assess risk and improve processes across customs compliance projects
• Work closely with teams across Operations, Logistics, Marketplace, Product, Legal, and Finance
• Strengthen the way Reachdesk manages customs and cross-border trade compliance
• Partner with external stakeholders to ensure compliance with customs regulations
• Develop and implement customs compliance procedures and policies
• Conduct audits and assessments to ensure compliance with customs regulations
• Provide training and support to teams on customs compliance procedures
• Collaborate with the logistics team to ensure smooth delivery of goods
• Work with the finance team to ensure compliance with financial regulations
• Develop and maintain relationships with customs brokers and other external stakeholders

What We Are Looking For

• Experience in customs compliance, logistics, or a related field
• Strong understanding of global trade regulations and customs compliance
• Ability to quickly assess risk and improve processes
• Excellent communication and project management skills
• Ability to work closely with teams across the organization
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
• Knowledge of international trade agreements and regulations
• Experience with automated sourcing, storage, and global delivery systems
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

• Experience working with SaaS companies or in the technology industry
• Knowledge of marketing, sales, and HR tech stacks
