About the Role

The CX Strategy Manager will be a strategic partner to GitLab's Customer Experience organization, driving customer health, retention, and expansion.

Responsibilities

  • Lead annual and quarterly planning for CX
  • Build and evolve coverage and segmentation models
  • Create executive-ready reporting and insights to guide investments and alignment of go-to-market motion around the customer journey
  • Collaborate with CX leadership, Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, Finance, and Product to improve systems
