About the Role

The CX Technical Content Design Intern will play a key role in ensuring self-serve teams can adopt, implement, and grow with Dropbox products. This is a highly collaborative position that sits at the intersection of product, support enablement, and customer enablement.

Responsibilities

  • Work with the Technical Content Strategist to execute and deliver clear, scalable, and impactful technical documentation
  • Develop content that enables customer success across a range of use cases
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop content that empowers users of all levels to get the most out of the Dropbox product suite
