About the Role
As a Cyber Security Engineer at PradeepIT, you will play a critical role in protecting the company's and its clients' IT infrastructure from cyber threats. Your day-to-day responsibilities will involve monitoring security events, analyzing attack methods, and developing security policies to ensure the highest level of protection. You will be working closely with the IT team to identify and mitigate potential security risks, as well as collaborating with other departments to ensure compliance with security standards.The role entails working with cutting-edge technology and staying up-to-date with the latest security threats and trends. You will be responsible for handling security alerts, reviewing and analyzing security incidents, and developing strategies to prevent future occurrences. Your expertise in cloud security, particularly in Salesforce, will be invaluable in this role.

What You Will Do
- Monitor antivirus and patch compliance status to ensure all devices are up-to-date and secure
- Analyze security events and incidents to identify patterns and trends
- Develop and implement security policies and procedures to protect against cyber threats
- Conduct vulnerability assessments and penetration testing to identify potential security risks
- Collaborate with the IT team to develop and implement endpoint security measures
- Provide support and training to employees on security best practices
- Stay current with emerging security threats and technologies
- Develop and maintain documentation of security procedures and protocols
- Participate in security audits and compliance reviews
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure security standards are met
What We Are Looking For
- 5+ years of experience in cyber security, preferably in a cloud-based environment
- Strong knowledge of Salesforce security and compliance
- Experience with vulnerability assessments and penetration testing
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
- Experience with security information and event management (SIEM) systems
- Certification in cyber security, such as CISSP or CEH
Nice to Have
- Experience with ISO 27001 compliance
- Knowledge of cloud security platforms, such as AWS or Azure
- Familiarity with IT service management frameworks, such as ITIL
- Certification in cloud security, such as CCSP
