What You Will Do
- Conduct thorough risk assessments to identify potential vulnerabilities in Mercor's systems and infrastructure
- Design and execute complex red teaming exercises to simulate real-world cyberattacks
- Utilize AI adversarial techniques to test the robustness of Mercor's AI and machine learning systems
- Collaborate with the development team to integrate security into the software development lifecycle
- Analyze attack simulations and provide detailed reports on findings and recommendations
- Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation of risk assessments, findings, and mitigation strategies
- Engage in continuous learning to stay updated on the latest cyber threats, technologies, and methodologies
- Participate in incident response activities as needed
- Foster a culture of security awareness across the organization
What We Are Looking For
- Fluency in both English and German
- Prior experience in red teaming, AI adversarial work, cybersecurity, or socio-technical probing
- Strong understanding of cybersecurity principles, including but not limited to threat modeling, vulnerability assessment, and penetration testing
- Experience with AI and machine learning technologies, particularly in adversarial settings
- Ability to clearly explain technical risks to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
- A strong analytical mindset with the ability to think creatively and outside the box
- Experience working in a fast-paced environment with the ability to adapt to changing priorities
- Familiarity with regulatory requirements and compliance standards related to cybersecurity
