About the Role

As a CyberSecurity Transformation Lead at Hewlett Packard Enterprise, you will play a pivotal role in driving the execution of high-priority, enterprise-wide cybersecurity initiatives. This position is part of the Office of the Chief Information Security Officer (CISO) Transformation Office, focusing on program leadership, execution management, and cross-functional coordination. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure the successful delivery of complex cybersecurity programs, working closely with various stakeholders across the organization.

As a leader in this field, you will be at the forefront of protecting HPE's assets and ensuring the integrity of its systems. What You Will Do

  • Lead the delivery of complex cybersecurity programs across multiple workstreams, ensuring alignment with enterprise priorities.
  • Develop and manage integrated program plans, including milestones, dependencies, and critical paths.
  • Drive recovery plans for at-risk initiatives, ensuring clear timelines and visibility for leadership.
  • Maintain strong execution discipline, ensuring predictable and high-quality delivery of cybersecurity initiatives.
  • Coordinate the implementation of cross-functional initiatives, ensuring alignment across technical and business teams.
  • Manage program delivery across LRE, GRC, and SOC2 initiatives, including LRE remediation and risk reduction efforts.
  • Contribute to regulatory and audit-related programs, such as SOC2 compliance, where required.
  • Ensure the effective management of dependencies, risks, and alignment across Cybersecurity, IT, and business stakeholders.
  • Track and drive accountability across delivery teams and partners.
  • Provide clear, decision-oriented insights to leadership, playing a key role in ensuring commitments are met and outcomes are delivered at scale.

What We Are Looking For

  • Proven experience in program leadership, especially in cybersecurity or a related field.
  • Strong execution skills, with the ability to deliver complex programs on time and within budget.
  • Excellent cross-functional coordination skills, with experience working with technical and business teams.
  • In-depth knowledge of cybersecurity principles, practices, and technologies.
  • Experience with regulatory compliance, such as SOC2.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to drive accountability and manage risks.
