About the Role

The D365 Operations and Manufacturing Consultant role at Rgp is a unique opportunity for a skilled professional to work with a leading company in the manufacturing industry. As a consultant, you will be responsible for providing expert guidance and support to clients who are implementing D365 Manufacturing solutions. Your day-to-day tasks will include working with item groups, cost categories, resources, and routings to ensure that clients are getting the most out of their D365 investment. In this role, you will be working closely with a team of experienced consultants and engineers to deliver high-quality solutions to clients. Your expertise in D365 Manufacturing will be invaluable in helping clients to streamline their operations, improve efficiency, and reduce costs. You will also have the opportunity to work on a variety of projects, from small-scale implementations to large-scale integrations, and will be expected to adapt quickly to changing client needs and priorities. What You Will Do

  • Work with clients to understand their business requirements and develop solutions that meet their needs
  • Configure and implement D365 Manufacturing solutions, including item groups, cost categories, resources, and routings
  • Provide training and support to clients on the use of D365 Manufacturing
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to deliver high-quality solutions to clients
  • Analyze client data and provide insights and recommendations for improvement
  • Develop and maintain technical documentation for D365 Manufacturing solutions
  • Work with clients to identify and prioritize business requirements for D365 Manufacturing
  • Develop and implement testing plans for D365 Manufacturing solutions
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues with D365 Manufacturing
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest developments and trends in D365 Manufacturing and related technologies

What We Are Looking For

  • A minimum of 3 years of experience working with D365 Manufacturing, with a focus on techno-functional configuration
  • Strong understanding of manufacturing operations and business processes
  • Experience working with item groups, cost categories, resources, and routings in D365 Manufacturing
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients and internal stakeholders
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex data and provide insights and recommendations
  • Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, with the ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities and deadlines
  • Strong technical skills, with experience working with D365 and related technologies
