About the Role
The Data & Administrative Coordinator will play a vital role in supporting Patco Brands' growth-stage business. This position will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of administrative tasks, managing data, and providing support to senior leadership. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, detail-oriented, and possess excellent communication skills. As a key member of the team, the Data & Administrative Coordinator will work closely with various departments, including executive leadership, to ensure seamless communication and data flow. This role will require the ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects, and maintain confidentiality. - Manage calendars for senior leadership, ensuring timely scheduling and coordination of meetings and events
- Provide general administrative support across the organization, including preparing meeting materials, taking minutes, and handling correspondence
- Perform regular audits of company data, files, contacts, and expiration dates to ensure accuracy and compliance
- Set calendar reminders for key deadlines and important milestones, ensuring timely follow-up and completion of tasks
- Assist in annual audits of company data and systems, providing support for data analysis and process improvement
- Own organization and maintenance of Google Drive and internal file systems, ensuring easy access and retrieval of information
- Manage filing of contracts and key company documents, maintaining confidentiality and secure storage
- Support administration of internal systems and tools, including training team members on file organization and best practices
- Coordinate information and documentation across teams, ensuring alignment and organization across projects and workflows
- Assist with compliance-related documentation and reporting, maintaining up-to-date records and ensuring regulatory compliance
- Maintain operational lists and internal data records, providing support for logistics, production, and administrative workflows
