About the Role

As a Data Analyst - Financial Master Data at Labcorp, you will play a critical role in ensuring the integrity, consistency, and accuracy of financial master data across Oracle Fusion Cloud and legacy systems. What You Will Do

  • Maintain and update financial master data in Oracle Fusion Cloud, ensuring data integrity, consistency, and accuracy
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize data processes and contribute to global system enhancements
  • Support updates and maintenance of Chart of Accounts (COA) structures in Oracle Fusion Cloud
  • Assist in validating COA changes against financial reporting requirements
  • Participate in testing and validation of COA updates during system upgrades and patch deployments
  • Process and validate customer data updates in Oracle Fusion Cloud, ensuring timely and accurate entry of customer records, hierarchies, and attributes
  • Collaborate with business units to resolve data discrepancies and ensure alignment with business rules
  • Maintain master data in legacy ERP systems, ensuring accurate mapping between legacy systems and Oracle Fusion Cloud
  • Participate in data migration and reconciliation efforts during system upgrades or transitions
  • Perform regular audits to identify and correct data quality issues, supporting data governance initiatives and adhering to data management policies
  • Document data processes and contribute to continuous process improvement efforts

What We Are Looking For

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, finance, or information systems
  • 1 or more years of experience in ERP systems data management
  • 1 or more years of experience with Microsoft Excel
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
  • Basic understanding of financial structures
  • Knowledge of legacy ERP systems (Hyperion HFM, Peoplesoft)
  • Experience with data analysis and reporting tools
  • Exposure to data governance frameworks

Nice to Have

  • 1 or more years of experience with Oracle Fusion Cloud
  • 1 or more years of experience with data mapping and reconciliation
  • 1 or more years of experience with Chart of Accounts (COA)
