What You Will Do
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to understand reporting needs and provide data-driven insights.
- Analyze large datasets to identify patterns, trends, and opportunities for business growth.
- Develop and maintain dashboards and reports for various business functions to ensure data-informed decision-making.
- Assist in A/B testing, customer segmentation, and performance analysis to optimize business outcomes.
- Ensure data accuracy and quality across all reporting workflows, implementing data validation and verification processes as needed.
- Collaborate with the insights team to develop and refine data models that support key business initiatives.
- Participate in brainstorming sessions to identify new data-driven opportunities for the company.
- Stay updated with the latest trends and tools in data analysis and visualization, recommending and implementing improvements to existing processes.
- Design and implement data visualizations to communicate complex data insights to stakeholders.
- Develop and maintain databases and data systems to support the analysis and reporting of data.
What We Are Looking For
- 2+ years of experience in a data or analytics role, with a proven track record of driving business value through data insights.
- Proficiency in Excel and SQL; experience with Python or R is a plus.
- Familiarity with data visualization tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or Looker.
- Strong analytical mindset with attention to detail and the ability to interpret complex data sets.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present insights to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience working with cross-functional teams to drive business outcomes through data analysis.
- Knowledge of database management systems and data modeling principles.
