About the Role

As a Data Analyst at The Codest, you'll be working closely with a leading e-commerce platform in Europe, helping to drive business growth through data-driven insights. Your day-to-day will involve analyzing complex data sets, developing strategic recommendations, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to implement changes. The role is critical in helping the company understand its customers, optimize operations, and expand its market reach.

What You Will Do

  • Analyze large datasets to identify trends, opportunities, and challenges
  • Develop and maintain databases and data systems to support business intelligence
  • Create data visualizations and reports using Looker Studio to present findings to stakeholders
  • Collaborate with the product development team to integrate data insights into product roadmaps
  • Design and execute A/B tests to measure the impact of product changes
  • Work closely with the UX design team to ensure data-driven design decisions
  • Develop predictive models using machine learning algorithms to forecast business outcomes
  • Communicate complex technical information to non-technical stakeholders
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies in data analysis and science

What We Are Looking For

  • At least 4 years of experience in a data analyst or similar role
  • Strong proficiency in SQL, including the ability to write complex queries and optimize for performance
  • Experience with Python and its applications in data analysis
  • Ability to analyze complex customer processes and visualize results using BI tools
  • Advanced skills in designing, conducting, and interpreting complex A/B tests
  • Experience in leading strategic initiatives with clear communication of technical issues to director-level stakeholders
  • Ability to combine qualitative UX research and market analysis with quantitative data for a holistic understanding of problems and to support product decisions

Nice to Have

  • Experience with managing budgets in a GCP environment and optimizing analytical microservices performance
  • Familiarity with MarTech or AdTech products and solutions
  • Knowledge of cloud-based data platforms and their integration with business intelligence tools
