About the Role
The Data Analyst will play a critical role in establishing and leading Limitlessli's data reporting and business intelligence function. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for collecting, organizing, analyzing, and visualizing data from multiple sources to inform business decisions. You will work closely with the COO, Operations, Finance, Marketing, and the VP of Talent Acquisition to design and deliver executive-level dashboards, visual presentations, and strategic business insights.The ideal candidate will have a strong background in data analytics, business intelligence, and reporting, with advanced expertise in Power BI and Excel. You will be a strategic thinker with excellent communication skills, able to translate complex data into clear narratives that drive action and business outcomes.

What You Will Do
- Build and establish the company's business intelligence and reporting infrastructure
- Develop and maintain recurring weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual reporting packages for internal leadership and external clients
- Consolidate and analyze data from multiple systems, spreadsheets, databases, and operational platforms
- Translate complex datasets into clear narratives that drive action and business outcomes
- Identify trends, patterns, gaps, forecasting opportunities, and performance drivers across the organization
- Design and maintain executive dashboards and visual reporting using Power BI
- Create compelling visual presentations and data storytelling tools for client-facing and leadership meetings
- Develop KPI scorecards and performance measurement frameworks
- Standardize reporting methodologies and visualization best practices
What We Are Looking For
- Bachelor's degree in Data Analytics, Business Analytics, Statistics, Information Systems, Finance, Economics, Computer Science, or related field
- 5+ years of progressive experience in data analytics, business intelligence, reporting, or data visualization
- Advanced expertise in Power BI, including dashboard creation, data modeling, and DAX calculations
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including pivot tables, power query, and data modeling
- Experience integrating and analyzing multiple data sources
- Demonstrated ability to present complex data insights to non-technical stakeholders
- Strong business acumen and strategic thinking
