About the Role
As a Data Analyst at Sedgwick, you will be responsible for collecting, analyzing, and reporting data to ensure its integrity and accuracy. This role is crucial to the company's success, as it relies on accurate data to make informed decisions. What You Will Do
- Compile data from various sources and prepare reports for internal and external stakeholders
- Analyze data results and identify trends or discrepancies
- Develop and produce reports to measure data accuracy and integrity
- Ensure all data is handled with care and attention to detail
- Assist in the completion of client set-up and maintenance forms
- Support internal and external users with reports, installation, and screen issues
- Create exception reports to identify incorrect data fields
- Generate custom reports for internal and external clients
- Collaborate with the team to deliver exceptional results
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in data analysis
What We Are Looking For
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university preferred
- Five years of related experience or equivalent combination of education and experience required
- Two years of query and report writing experience strongly preferred
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong attention to detail and ability to handle multiple priorities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a collaborative environment and build strong relationships with colleagues
- Proficiency in Excel and other data analysis tools
- Strong customer service skills and ability to work with internal and external stakeholders
Nice to Have
- Experience with data visualization tools and software
- Knowledge of database management and query languages
- Certification in data analysis or a related field
