About the Role
The Data Analyst position at Work Force Nexus is a pivotal role that involves working closely with the Head of Data & Insights to analyze and interpret complex data sets. What You Will Do
- Analyze large data sets to identify trends, patterns, and correlations
- Develop and maintain complex databases and data systems
- Create data visualizations and reports to present findings to stakeholders
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement new data processes
- Ensure data integrity and security by implementing data quality checks and validation processes
- Develop and maintain technical documentation for data systems and processes
- Stay up-to-date with new tools and technologies in data analysis and science
- Participate in strategic planning to identify areas for improvement and opportunities for growth
- Build and maintain relationships with external data providers and partners
- Design and implement data-driven solutions to business problems
What We Are Looking For
- 2+ years of experience in data analysis or a related field
- Strong understanding of data structures, data modeling, and data architecture
- Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or D3.js
- Proficiency in SQL and database management systems
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to communicate complex data insights to non-technical stakeholders
- Experience working in a remote team environment
- Strong digital skills and familiarity with remote collaboration tools
- Certification in data analysis or a related field (optional but preferred)
Nice to Have
- Experience with machine learning algorithms and predictive modeling
