About the Role
Data engineers play a crucial role in designing, building, and maintaining the infrastructure that supports artificial intelligence and machine learning models. As a data engineer at eDOT, you will be responsible for integrating AI models into chatbot solutions, collaborating with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements, and developing personalized AI features to enhance user experience. You will work closely with the IT and development teams to ensure seamless integration of AI models into the company's e-commerce platform.The role entails working on designing and implementing data processing and analysis pipelines to improve AI model performance, as well as regularly reviewing and updating AI models to ensure they remain cutting-edge and relevant to market needs. You will be part of a fast-paced startup environment and will be expected to be adaptable, innovative, and collaborative.

What You Will Do
- Collaborate with IT and development teams to integrate AI models into chatbot solutions
- Design and implement data processing and analysis pipelines to improve AI model performance
- Regularly review and update AI models to ensure they remain cutting-edge and relevant to market needs
- Develop personalized AI features to enhance user experience and engagement
- Ensure compliance with data privacy and security standards
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions
- Provide insights and recommendations based on data analysis to guide business strategy
- Work with cloud computing services such as AWS, Azure, or GCP
- Develop and maintain databases using SQL or NoSQL technologies
- Collaborate with the data science team to develop and deploy machine learning models
What We Are Looking For
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, AI, or related fields
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in data engineering or data analysis, preferably in AI or machine learning projects
- Proven experience with AI model development and deployment
- Experience with OpenAI models or similar AI platforms
- Proficient in programming languages such as Python, R, or Java
- Strong background in machine learning, neural networks, and NLP
- Experience with cloud computing services and database technologies
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced startup environment
