About the Role

What You Will Do

  • Accurately input new client data into ShiftCare, including service agreements, care plans, and participant details
  • Maintain and regularly update client records to ensure information is current and compliant
  • Upload and manage documentation such as reports, notes, and supporting files
  • Monitor data accuracy across the CRM and identify discrepancies or missing information
  • Liaise with internal team members to obtain required documentation and updates
  • Ensure confidentiality and compliance with NDIS and privacy standards
  • Develop and implement efficient data management processes to improve data quality and reduce errors
  • Provide administrative support to the team as required
  • Participate in ongoing training and professional development to stay up-to-date with industry best practices
  • Collaborate with the team to achieve company goals and objectives

What We Are Looking For

  • 1-2 years of experience in data entry or a related field
  • Strong digital skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software
  • Attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Understanding of confidentiality and compliance regulations
  • Experience working in the healthcare or community support sector (desirable)
