About the Role
The Data Management Intern role at Formal Builder is a unique opportunity for individuals to develop their skills in data management and research. The intern will work closely with the sales team to update lead, account, and contact information in the CRM database. This is a temporary/contract position, offering a chance to gain valuable experience in data management and potentially lead to future opportunities.
What You Will Do
- Enter and import data from hard copy to the CRM database
- Update lead, account, and contact information in the CRM database
- Research decision makers using internet and social media
- Verify outdated data and make necessary changes to records
- Ensure data accuracy and consistency in the CRM database
- Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion
- Collaborate with the sales team to identify and update key decision makers
- Develop and maintain reports to track data changes and updates
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in data management
- Assist in data quality audits to ensure compliance with company standards
- Perform ad-hoc data analysis as required
What We Are Looking For
- Citizen or Permanent Resident of the United States or Canada
- Undergraduate member of a collegiate Greek organization (preferred)
- Strong digital skills and experience with CRM databases
- Ability to work remotely and manage time effectively
