The Data Operations Associate will be an integral part of 9fin's team, responsible for sourcing, analyzing, and publishing relevant financial news and market data. As a Data Operations Associate, you will be working closely with the team to ensure that all data is accurate, reliable, and delivered on time.
The role is based in the United Kingdom, but with the option to work remotely and take advantage of 9fin's hybrid working model. This allows for a great work-life balance and the opportunity to work from anywhere in the world for up to three months a year.
What You Will Do
- Source and analyze financial news and market data from various sources
- Publish relevant data to the platform, ensuring accuracy and timeliness
- Collaborate with the team to deliver high-quality data that meets the company's standards
- Develop and maintain databases and data systems to support the team's work
- Identify and resolve data discrepancies and errors
- Implement data quality control measures to ensure the accuracy of published data
- Stay up-to-date with market trends and developments, providing insights to the team
- Assist in the development of new data products and services
- Provide support to the team during periods of high market volatility
- Participate in regular team meetings and contribute to the discussion on data quality and market trends
