About the Role
Reface, a pioneering Ukrainian product company, is seeking an experienced Data Quality Analyst to join their team. As a Data Quality Analyst at Reface, you will play a critical role in ensuring the accuracy and integrity of the company's data. Your primary responsibility will be to analyze data trends, identify anomalies, and develop strategies to improve data quality.The ideal candidate will have a strong analytical mindset, excellent problem-solving skills, and a keen eye for detail. You will be working closely with the data team to develop and implement data quality control processes, as well as collaborating with other departments to ensure that data-driven decisions are informed and effective.

What You Will Do
- Develop and implement data quality control processes to ensure the accuracy and integrity of company data
- Analyze data trends and identify anomalies, developing strategies to improve data quality
- Collaborate with the data team to develop and maintain data quality metrics and benchmarks
- Work closely with other departments to ensure that data-driven decisions are informed and effective
- Develop and maintain data quality documentation and reports
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in data quality and analysis
- Participate in the development of data pipelines and ETL/ELT processes
- Collaborate with the engineering team to develop and implement data validation and verification processes
- Develop and maintain data quality dashboards and visualizations
What We Are Looking For
- 2+ years of experience in data quality analysis or a related field
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and ability to identify anomalies
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
- Strong knowledge of SQL, Python, and data analysis tools and techniques
- Experience with data visualization tools and technologies, such as Tableau or Power BI
- Knowledge of ETL/ELT processes and data pipelines
- Experience with cloud-based data platforms, such as GCP or AWS
- Strong understanding of data quality principles and best practices
Nice to Have
- Experience working in a remote setting, with ability to work independently and manage time effectively
- Knowledge of machine learning or artificial intelligence concepts and techniques
- Experience with data science tools and technologies, such as R or Julia
- Certification in data analysis or a related field, such as Certified Data Analyst (CDA)
