About the Role
Stripe is seeking a driven and collaborative Data Recruiter to grow and scale our global Data organization.Responsibilities
- Partner with senior leaders to understand hiring objectives and develop recruiting strategies to identify top talent across data science and data analyst profiles.
- Help initiate creative and scalable changes to our existing recruiting processes.
- Track and analyze metrics and report on hiring progress to Data leadership.
- Focus on creating strategic plans to attract and engage talent across different geos.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver a high-quality candidate experience.
Requirements
- 4+ years of full-cycle technical recruiting experience in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience building high performing teams and delivering an exceptional candidate experience.
- A growth mindset and flexible approach to problem-solving.
- An active and data-driven approach to making sense of trends and insights.
