## What You Will Do - Design and develop computational data science problems that challenge and engage - Create problems requiring Python programming for data science applications - Develop deterministic problems with reproducible answers - Utilize expert Python programming skills for data science, including pandas, numpy, scipy, scikit-learn, and statsmodels - Conduct expert-level statistical analysis and machine learning - Apply deep understanding of algorithms, methods, and their practical applications - Work with SQL and database operations for data manipulation and analysis - Contribute to projects involving GenAI technologies, including LLMs, RAG, prompt engineering, and vector databases - Implement MLOps practices and model deployment workflows - Collaborate on projects utilizing modern frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, and LangChain - Communicate complex data insights and results effectively to stakeholders - Continuously update and refine skills to keep pace with industry developments

## What We Are Looking For - 5+ years of hands-on experience in data science with proven business impact - Portfolio of completed projects and publications showcasing real-world problem-solving capabilities - Expert-level Python programming for data science - Strong background in statistical analysis and machine learning - Expertise in SQL and database operations for data manipulation and analysis - Experience with GenAI technologies and MLOps practices - Knowledge of modern frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, and LangChain - Strong written English skills (C1+) - Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a remote team - Flexible and adaptable with a strong motivation for continuous learning
