About the Role
Supabase is seeking an experienced Database Support Engineer to join its Support Team. The ideal candidate will help developers resolve complex issues and improve the overall Supabase platform experience.Responsibilities
- Investigate and resolve advanced customer issues across Postgres, Auth, and Storage
- Provide proactive advice to optimize workloads and avoid common pitfalls
- Reproduce bugs, isolate root causes, and propose workarounds
- Communicate clearly with customer users and mentor junior team members
Requirements
- 6+ years in technical support, backend engineering, or similar
- Deep knowledge of PostgreSQL and high-performance SQL
- Experience with cloud hosting providers like AWS and Linux environments
