About the Role
As a DataTree Sales Rep at First American, you will be responsible for developing and retaining a client base of lenders, servicers, secondary market, insurance, spatial, and proptech firms. Your day-to-day activities will include identifying new business opportunities, building relationships, and delivering compelling presentations to drive sales growth. You will be part of a collaborative team that values innovation and data-driven decision making.The DataTree platform provides critical data on over 150 million US properties, and as a Sales Rep, you will be the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring their needs are met and providing timely support. Your expertise in Salesforce will be essential in managing client relationships, tracking sales activity, and analyzing sales performance.

What You Will Do
- Develop and execute a sales strategy to acquire new clients and retain existing ones
- Build relationships with key decision-makers at lender, servicer, secondary market, insurance, spatial, and proptech firms
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through networking, research, and referrals
- Deliver presentations and demonstrations to clients and prospective clients
- Collaborate with internal marketing teams to develop marketing content and social media presence
- Analyze sales performance and provide insights to improve sales strategies
- Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of the DataTree platform and its applications
- Provide timely support and solutions to client inquiries and issues
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activity
What We Are Looking For
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., business, marketing, sales)
- Proven sales experience in the data or software industry
- Strong expertise in Salesforce and CRM management
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets
