About the Role
The DC Processing Specialist plays a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of Defined Contribution plans. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for processing documents, conducting research, and resolving complex participant benefit issues. Your expertise in Excel and data entry will be essential in delivering high-quality results and meeting Service Level Agreements.The role requires a strong understanding of standard operating procedures and the ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders. You will work closely with third-party vendors and be part of a goal-oriented team that values empathy, integrity, and empowerment.

What You Will Do
- Process documents for client Defined Contribution plans in TBA
- Develop a working knowledge of all standard operating procedures associated with core functions
- Conduct research on errors and determine preventative measures
- Research complex participant benefit issues and provide resolution in accordance with due dates and documents processes
- Perform repeatable processing functions with upholding quality standards
- Work directly with third-party vendors
- Apply knowledge to make decisions effectively
- Uphold quality standards in all aspects of the role
- Collaborate with the team to achieve goals and objectives
What We Are Looking For
- Intermediate knowledge of MS applications, particularly Excel and Word
- Ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders, both verbally and in writing
- Experience with Defined Contribution plans
- Ability to apply knowledge to make decisions effectively
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
Nice to Have
- Experience with IBM Content Navigator (Imaging Tool)
- Knowledge of standard operating procedures associated with core functions
- Familiarity with benefits administration and plan documents
