About the Role
Twilio is seeking a Deal Desk Senior Analyst to support its LATAM Go-to-Market motion. As a Deal Desk Senior Analyst, you will be responsible for building and analyzing financial models, evaluating pricing structures, and providing data-driven insights to drive business decisions. You will be part of a dynamic team that values remote-first work, diversity, and inclusion.The Deal Desk Senior Analyst will play a critical role in shaping Twilio's financial strategy and ensuring the company's commercial agreements are sound and profitable. You will work closely with the Sales, Finance, and Legal teams to structure deals that meet Twilio's financial goals and governance policies. Your expertise in financial analysis, Excel, and Google Sheets will be essential in this role.

What You Will Do
- Build and analyze financial models to evaluate pricing structures and identify areas for cost savings
- Partner with Sales to structure commercially sound deals that meet Twilio's financial goals and governance policies
- Provide data-driven insights to drive business decisions and optimize corporate margin goals
- Act as a guardrail and educator for Sales and GTM teams to ensure adherence to internal contracting policies and discount governance
- Own the end-to-end Deal Desk operational workflow in Salesforce/CPQ, ensuring 100% data integrity and policy compliance
- Establish trusted working relationships across Commercial Legal, Billing Operations, Corporate Finance, and Sales to streamline deal velocity
- Collaborate with Sales and Legal to review and structure non-standard contract language within Order Forms
- Conduct ad-hoc financial analysis and modeling to support broader business decisions and strategic initiatives
- Drive and participate in cross-functional project improvement initiatives to scale Deal Desk operations, enhance systems, and optimize internal workflows
What We Are Looking For
- 3+ years of experience in financial analysis, preferably in the technology or software industry
- Strong expertise in Excel, Google Sheets, and financial modeling
- Experience with Salesforce and CPQ preferred
- Ability to build complex financial models and analyze pricing structures
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work with cross-functional teams
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines
- Experience working in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities and deadlines
Nice to Have
- Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI
- Knowledge of cloud communications and the technology industry
- Certification in financial analysis or a related field
- Experience working with remote teams and in a remote-first company
