Job Description

About the Role

The Deal Execution Manager position at Brandcircle is a pivotal role that involves managing the operational aspects of E-Commerce M&A deals from start to finish. This includes overseeing the optimization process, setting up data rooms, preparing investor briefings, negotiating offers, and ensuring the successful signing and migration of deals. As a key member of the team, the Deal Execution Manager will work closely with the Deal Lead and other internal teams such as Finance, Operations, Sales, and Marketing/PR to ensure seamless execution and maximize deal value for clients.

The role is highly demanding, requiring the ability to manage multiple live deals simultaneously while maintaining high-quality standards. What You Will Do

  • Manage the operational execution of M&A deals across all phases, from optimization to signing and migration.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth deal progression and high-quality outcomes.
  • Utilize AI tools for tasks such as KI-gestützter Käufer-Recherche, automatisierte Financial-Analysen, and intelligent outreach sequences.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and buyers, providing timely updates and ensuring client satisfaction.
  • Work closely with the Deal Lead to strategize and design negotiation approaches.
  • Conduct due diligence and document review to identify potential issues and opportunities.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement effective marketing strategies for clients.
  • Continuously evaluate and improve deal execution processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Participate in client meetings and negotiations as required.
  • Ensure compliance with all regulatory and legal requirements.

What We Are Looking For

  • Proven experience in deal execution or a related field within the E-Commerce or M&A sector.
  • Strong understanding of E-Commerce businesses, including financial analysis and market trends.
  • Excellent project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple deals simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in using AI and automation tools in a professional setting.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong client relationships.
  • Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment and contribute to a team-oriented culture.
  • Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.
