About the Role
The Deal Operations Strategist will be the go-to expert for Elevenlabs' North American sales team, providing pricing strategy and deal structuring guidance for complex enterprise deals. This role is crucial in driving business growth and ensuring seamless customer experiences. As part of the team, you will work closely with stakeholders to negotiate non-standard terms and build processes that optimize deal closure.About the Company

- Own pricing strategy and deal structuring for complex enterprise deals, advising sales on commercials and trade-offs in real-time
- Work closely with engineering to maintain and evolve the Configure Price Quote tool
- Translate customer requirements into deal structures that work commercially and operationally
- Partner with Finance to build deal-level P&L models and communicate pricing trends back to the business
- Develop and maintain pricing frameworks, discount guardrails, and approval policies that scale with the business
- Build analytics and feedback loops that surface deal slowdowns and provide solutions
- Collaborate with stakeholders to negotiate non-standard terms and ensure deal closure
- Provide expert guidance on deal structuring and pricing strategy to the sales team
- Continuously review and refine deal processes to optimize efficiency and effectiveness
