What You Will Do
- Serve as a liaison between dealers, field representatives, third-party vendors, and internal stakeholders to facilitate communication and collaboration.
- Handle program enrollments for dealers, ensuring a smooth onboarding process.
- Provide support and training to dealers on the platform, analytics, and associated programs.
- Develop in-depth knowledge of the oADD program and platform to act as a subject matter expert.
- Assist in resolving B2B and B2C issues that may arise from dealers or connected third parties.
- Monitor and enhance performance and lead metrics for assigned dealers and the oADD platform's related performance of brand websites.
- Educate and promote awareness of the program among stakeholders.
- Conduct content quality assurance to ensure all content is accurate, relevant, and aligned with brand messaging.
- Evaluate content from an SEO perspective to ensure optimization and compliance with best practices.
- Analyze the impact of website content on visitor behavior and conversion rates, implementing strategies for improvement.
- Keep website content up to date by removing outdated information and adding new, relevant material.
- Conduct regular keyword research to identify opportunities for content creation or optimization.
What We Are Looking For
- Experience in a similar role, preferably within the automotive or digital marketing industry.
- Strong knowledge of Google Analytics, Salesforce, and Excel.
