About the Role

What You Will Do

  • Run recurring customer sessions to understand their needs and deliver solutions that meet their requirements
  • Build interfaces, automations, data models, and integrations to translate solution visions into working systems
  • Make key decisions to close the gap between designed and real systems, including identifying design issues and bringing solutions
  • Build efficiently with AI and reinvest saved time in customer engagement
  • QA your own work against how users will actually behave, not just whether automations fire correctly
  • Create reusable build patterns that extend impact beyond individual engagements
  • Achieve full Airtable platform proficiency within 90 days, with advanced work across interfaces, automations, data modeling, and integrations
  • Contribute to solution design, own delivery coordination, or build within a larger team, depending on the engagement
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless delivery of solutions

What We Are Looking For

  • 3-5 years of experience in a client-facing delivery or implementation role, with direct accountability for whether systems work in practice
  • Hands-on technical depth, with experience building complex systems with forms, automations, integrations, and data models
  • Ability to communicate effectively across the room, with C-level sponsors, technical stakeholders, and business SMEs
  • Experience working with AI and understanding its applications in building and delivery
  • Strong judgment and decision-making skills, with the ability to evolve design and hold vision
  • Ability to work remotely and manage your time effectively
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to surface real constraints and present trade-offs persuasively

  • Experience working with no-code platforms and workflow automation
