## About the Role As a Delivery Consultant at Airtable, you will be instrumental in helping organizations redesign their work processes. This involves not just building systems but also ensuring that these systems achieve the desired outcomes. Your role will be critical in empowering people closest to the work to accelerate their most critical business processes. Airtable's Professional Services team is where this redesign happens, and as a Delivery Consultant, you will be a key part of this team. You will work directly with operators and builders whose jobs are changing, helping them see past what's familiar to what will actually work. The role requires more than just technical skill; it demands the ability to communicate effectively across different audiences, from C-level sponsors to technical stakeholders and business SMEs.

## What You Will Do - Run recurring customer sessions to surface ground-level realities that can change what gets built and how.

• Build interfaces, field agents, automations, data models, and integrations that translate a solution vision into working systems.
• Make the calls that close the gap between designed and real systems, providing solutions rather than just flags.
• Build efficiently with AI and reinvest saved time in customer engagement.
• QA your own work against how users will actually behave, focusing on real-world application.
• Create reusable build patterns that extend impact beyond individual engagements.
• Achieve full Airtable platform proficiency within 90 days, with advanced work across interfaces, automations, data modeling, and integrations.
• Contribute to solution design, own delivery coordination, or build within a larger team depending on the engagement.
• Present trade-offs with clarity and conviction to help customers make real decisions.

## What We Are Looking For - AI-embedded building skills, using AI across every phase of delivery.

• 3-5 years of experience in a client-facing delivery or implementation role, with direct accountability for system success.
• Hands-on technical depth in building complex systems with forms, automations, integrations, and data models.
• Fluency in communicating with C-level sponsors, technical stakeholders, and business SMEs.
• Ability to read the question behind the question and surface the real constraint.
• Direct and clear communication style, able to earn trust with various audiences.
• Experience in leveraging AI to offload tasks and understanding where judgment is indispensable.

## Nice to Have - Experience with no-code app platforms and their implementation in business processes.

• Knowledge of digital workflow design principles and their application in real-world scenarios.
• Familiarity with Airtable or similar platforms and their ecosystems.
