What You Will Do

• Deliver palletized flooring products to customer locations in a timely and professional manner.
• Operate a 24-26' box truck with a lift gate and pallet jack, ensuring all safety procedures are followed.
• Provide white glove delivery service, which may include delivering goods inside the customer's home and requiring assembly or repair of the products.
• Maintain accurate records of deliveries, including any issues encountered during the delivery process.
• Communicate effectively with customers, addressing any concerns or questions they may have about their delivery.
• Ensure the vehicle is properly maintained, adhering to all regulatory requirements and company standards.
• Manage your schedule to meet the demands of the role, which may include variable hours and routes.
• Comply with all safety protocols and regulations, minimizing risk to yourself, the cargo, and the public.
• Participate in training or briefings as required to stay updated on procedures, products, and customer service standards.
• Collaborate with the AIT Worldwide Logistics team to achieve customer satisfaction goals and improve the delivery process.

What We Are Looking For

• Ownership or lease of a 24-26' box truck with a lift gate and pallet jack.
