About the Role

Papa Johns is seeking a skilled Delivery Driver to join their team in Spring Garden. As a Delivery Driver, you will be the face of the company, responsible for delivering high-quality pizzas to customers while providing excellent customer service. You will work closely with the store team to ensure timely and efficient deliveries, utilizing digital tools to navigate routes and manage orders. In this role, you will have the opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment, interacting with customers and ensuring their satisfaction with every delivery. Your day-to-day tasks will include managing deliveries, handling customer complaints, and maintaining a clean and organized vehicle. What You Will Do

  • Deliver pizzas to customers in a timely and efficient manner
  • Manage customer interactions, handling complaints and resolving issues in a professional manner
  • Utilize digital tools to navigate routes and manage orders
  • Maintain a clean and organized vehicle, adhering to company standards
  • Work collaboratively with the store team to ensure seamless delivery operations
  • Handle cash and credit transactions, maintaining accurate records

What We Are Looking For

  • At least 18 years of age, with a valid driver's license and acceptable driving record
  • Reliable vehicle, with valid insurance and registration
  • Basic computer skills, with ability to use digital tools for navigation and order management
  • Excellent customer service skills, with ability to interact with customers in a professional manner
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with flexibility to adapt to changing situations
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills, with ability to handle customer complaints
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds, with frequent bending and reaching
  • Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends

Nice to Have

  • Previous experience in delivery or customer service roles
  • Familiarity with digital tools and software, such as GPS navigation and order management systems
  • Certification in food safety or customer service
  • Bilingual or multilingual skills, with ability to interact with customers in multiple languages
