About the Role

The role entails working closely with the store team to prepare and deliver orders, managing your time effectively to meet delivery deadlines, and providing exceptional customer service to build a loyal customer base. You will be an ambassador for the Papa Johns brand, representing the company's values and commitment to quality.

What You Will Do

• Deliver pizzas to customers in a timely and efficient manner
• Manage your time effectively to meet delivery deadlines and optimize your route
• Provide exceptional customer service to build a loyal customer base
• Work closely with the store team to prepare and deliver orders
• Maintain a clean and organized vehicle, adhering to company standards
• Handle cash and credit transactions accurately and securely
• Resolve customer complaints in a professional and courteous manner
• Stay up-to-date with menu items, promotions, and company policies
• Collaborate with the team to achieve sales and customer satisfaction targets
• Participate in ongoing training and development to improve your skills and knowledge

What We Are Looking For

• At least 18 years old with a valid driver's license and acceptable driving record
• Reliable vehicle with valid insurance coverage
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
• Excellent customer service skills and a positive attitude
• Basic math skills and ability to handle cash and credit transactions
• Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and navigate stairs and uneven terrain
• Familiarity with digital tools and technology, including GPS navigation and mobile apps
• High school diploma or equivalent required

Nice to Have

• Previous experience in delivery or customer service roles
• Knowledge of the local area and traffic patterns
• Basic mechanical skills and ability to perform routine vehicle maintenance
• Certification in food safety and handling
