About the Role
The Demand Generation Consultant position at Right Side Up is a freelance role designed for marketers who excel at driving pipeline growth through strategic campaign planning, channel execution, and performance optimization. This consultant will work closely with a range of B2B clients to develop and execute demand generation strategies, supporting the clients' goals for qualified pipeline growth. The role's focus on multi-channel campaigns, including paid, email, content, and events, requires a versatile marketer who can adapt to various client needs and project requirements.Given the freelance nature of this position, consultants can expect contract engagements that typically range from 10 to 40 hours per week. What You Will Do
- Develop and execute B2B demand generation strategies to drive qualified pipeline growth for clients.

- Partner with sales and marketing teams to align on pipeline goals and lead quality, ensuring that campaigns are tailored to the clients' specific needs.
- Build and manage lead generation funnels, including landing pages, forms, and nurture flows, to optimize campaign conversion and ROI.
- Analyze campaign performance and continuously optimize for conversion and ROI, applying data-driven insights to improve results.
- Collaborate on content strategy to support demand generation efforts, such as whitepapers, webinars, and case studies.
- Support account-based marketing (ABM) initiatives where relevant, tailoring campaigns to specific accounts and decision-makers.
- Identify new opportunities to improve acquisition, engagement, and pipeline velocity for clients.
- Work closely with the Right Side Up team to share best practices and contribute to the collective's growth and expertise.
