About the Role
Demand generation is a critical function in any business, and at Coupa, this role is key to driving pipeline growth and revenue. As a Demand Generation Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing innovative strategies to generate high-quality leads and drive conversions. You will work closely with the sales development and marketing operations teams to ensure seamless integration of lead generation efforts and maximize ROI. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in B2B marketing, preferably in a large SaaS technology company, and a proven track record of driving demand generation campaigns that deliver results.The role will report to the Sr. Manager, Demand Generation, and will be part of a dynamic team that is passionate about leveraging technology to empower businesses. What You Will Do
- Develop and execute demand generation strategies across multiple channels, including email, webinars, virtual events, and content syndication
- Utilize data and analytics tools to measure program effectiveness and track key performance indicators (KPIs)
- Collaborate with sales development and marketing operations teams to ensure seamless integration of lead generation efforts
- Develop strategic plans for implementing lead nurturing programs to guide prospects through the buyer's journey
- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including Product Marketing, Content, Design, Web, and Customer Marketing teams
- Partner with the sales team to develop targeted account-based marketing campaigns
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies in demand generation and marketing automation
- Continuously monitor and optimize demand generation campaigns to ensure maximum ROI
- Develop and maintain a deep understanding of Coupa's products and services
- Provide regular reporting and insights to stakeholders on demand generation performance
- Stay aligned with Coupa's go-to-market initiatives and ensure demand generation efforts are supporting these initiatives
What We Are Looking For
- 3-5+ years of B2B marketing experience, preferably in a large SaaS technology company
- Strong grasp of demand generation or growth marketing and sales processes
- Hands-on experience with various MarTech solutions, including Marketo and Salesforce.com
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and lead projects in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Experience with funnel metrics and levers to move the needle on generating qualified leads and accelerating pipeline velocity
- Self-motivated and resourceful, with the ability to navigate ambiguity in a fast-paced environment
- Possess a growth mindset, and the agility to adapt in response to evolving opportunities
- Excellent organizational skills to juggle many tasks without losing sight of the highest priorities
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think strategically and creatively
Nice to Have
- Experience with Account-Based Experience Platform (6Sense)
- Experience with Business Intelligence (Tableau)
- Experience with Sales Engagement (Outreach, ZoomInfo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator)
- Experience in marketing to Procurement or Supply Chain personas
