About the Role
The Demand Generation Manager position at MoxiWorks is a critical role that focuses on driving pipeline growth, primarily in the Australia and New Zealand markets. This involves developing and executing comprehensive demand generation strategies that leverage a range of channels, including paid media, webinars, and account-based marketing. The successful candidate will be responsible for creating awareness, engagement, and qualified pipeline, ultimately contributing to revenue growth. What You Will Do
- Develop and execute the demand generation strategy for Australia and New Zealand, focusing on creating awareness, engagement, qualified pipeline, and revenue.
- Build and scale multi-channel campaigns, utilizing platforms like LinkedIn and paid media, as well as webinars, nurture programs, content syndication, account-based marketing, and events.
- Partner directly with the ANZ sales team to align on pipeline goals, optimize lead flow, and ensure marketing programs are driving measurable business outcomes.
- Lead field marketing and events, partnering with the Events team to create experiences that generate meaningful connections and pipeline.
- Influence go-to-market strategy, working closely with Product Marketing, Content Marketing, Revenue Operations, and Sales leadership.
- Own the numbers, with clear visibility into campaign performance and pipeline contribution, using data and insights to continuously optimize programs and improve results.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of marketing initiatives.
- Stay updated on the latest trends and technologies in demand generation, applying this knowledge to continuously improve strategies and tactics.
- Manage and analyze campaign metrics, providing actionable insights to stakeholders.
- Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of the real estate market in Australia and New Zealand, including competitors, trends, and customer needs.
