## About the Role The Demand Generation Manager will play a crucial role in driving performance marketing campaigns for a portfolio of clients. As a key member of the Directive team, you will be responsible for developing and executing tailored marketing strategies that align with each client's unique goals and objectives. With a focus on delivering exceptional results, you will work closely with clients to understand their needs and develop solutions that drive real impact.

The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the SaaS marketplace and a proven track record of success in performance marketing. You will be responsible for managing multiple client relationships, developing and executing marketing campaigns, and analyzing results to optimize future campaigns. As a remote-first company, you will have the flexibility to work from anywhere in Canada, with the option to collaborate with colleagues in person or virtually.

## What You Will Do - Develop and execute performance marketing campaigns for a portfolio of clients - Manage client relationships and communicate campaign results and recommendations - Conduct market research and analyze industry trends to inform marketing strategies - Collaborate with internal teams to develop and refine marketing campaigns - Analyze campaign results and optimize future campaigns for improved performance - Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the SaaS marketplace and emerging trends - Stay up-to-date with the latest marketing technologies and platforms - Manage and prioritize multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment - Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders

## What We Are Looking For - 2+ years of experience in performance marketing, preferably in the SaaS industry - Proven track record of success in driving client results and campaign performance - Strong understanding of the SaaS marketplace and emerging trends - Experience with marketing automation platforms and CRM systems - Excellent communication and project management skills - Ability to work in a fast-paced, remote environment and prioritize multiple projects - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills - Experience with data analysis and campaign optimization - Strong understanding of marketing metrics and KPIs
