About the Role

Directive Consulting is a performance marketing agency that uses Customer Generation, a marketing methodology that focuses on SQLs and customers. We're looking for a Demand Generation Manager to work with a portfolio of clients and drive their performance marketing success.

Responsibilities

  • Own the success of SMB clients across channels
  • Handle client relationships with confidence and empathy
  • Project manage and organize accounts
  • Build relationships with point of contacts
  • Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in agency-side marketing
  • 2+ years of experience in performance marketing
  • Strong technical knowledge of paid media, SEO, and CRO for tech companies
  • Skilled project manager with ability to get things done on time and below cost
