Job Description
About the Role
BlackBox Strategies is seeking a senior Demand Generation Specialist to own outbound and lifecycle messaging across B2B and B2C audiences.Responsibilities
- Build and maintain outbound lists and enrichment workflows
- Manage, launch, and optimize cold email campaigns
- Sync replies, outcomes, and lifecycle stages into HubSpot
- Continuously test messaging by segment, persona, and intent
Requirements
- Minimum of 4 years of hands-on experience in outbound, lifecycle marketing, or RevOps-adjacent roles
- Direct experience executing email and CRM campaigns
- Strong understanding of deliverability, segmentation, and channel tradeoffs
Nice to Have
- Experience with SMS marketing platforms such as Twilio
