About the Role
The Denovo Launch Project Manager position is a critical component of Geode Health's growth strategy, responsible for overseeing the launch of new practices across the United States. As a key member of the team, the successful candidate will be tasked with defining market entry and growth strategies, developing launch plans, and collaborating with cross-functional leadership to ensure timely and budget-friendly practice launches. What You Will Do
- Own the end-to-end launch of new practices, from strategic location selection to ensuring timely and budget-friendly launches
- Develop and implement launch plans, collaborating with cross-functional leadership and stakeholders
- Present progress updates to Geode's executive leadership, providing insights and recommendations for improvement
- Optimize the growth playbook by standardizing processes around site selection, deal execution, and recruiting providers
- Monitor project plans across multiple practice openings, ensuring recruiting, technology, and real estate teams are progressing according to plan
- Collaborate with the Business Development team to ensure locations are complementary to acquisition sites
- Identify project risks and potential liabilities, providing management recommendations for contingency plans and alternative execution methods
- Build launch plans, coordinating with technology, operations, and marketing to ensure a smooth transition to operations for each opening
- Analyze data and implement learnings to drive business results and improve launch processes
- Develop and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including providers, vendors, and partners
What We Are Looking For
- 3-6 years of experience in project management, with a proven track record of launching multiple projects on time and on budget
- Strong analytical skills, with experience in setting up measurement systems and collecting data
- Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills, with the ability to inspire and influence stakeholders
- Strong organizational and process-oriented skills, with experience in managing multiple projects and priorities
- Bachelor's degree preferred, with a focus on business administration, healthcare, or a related field
- Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, with a focus on growth and expansion
- Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and outside the box
- Ability to work independently, with a strong sense of self-motivation and accountability
- Experience working with cross-functional teams, including technology, operations, and marketing
Nice to Have
- Experience working in the healthcare or mental health sector, with a focus on launch projects or practice management
- Knowledge of Excel and other project management tools, with experience in data analysis and reporting
