## About the Role As a Deployment Strategist at Elevenlabs, you will be at the forefront of driving the company's AI technology forward, working closely with customers to understand their critical audio and voice AI needs. This role is pivotal in ensuring the seamless integration of Elevenlabs' innovative solutions into customers' products and operations, thereby enhancing their overall user experience. Your day-to-day will be filled with a variety of challenges, from identifying key use cases and designing bespoke integrations to guiding customers on best practices for implementing voice and audio AI models. Your ability to synthesize complex information, think critically, and communicate effectively will be invaluable in this role. You will also have the opportunity to work with the Research and Product teams, incorporating field insights into Elevenlabs' software products and AI models, further enriching the company's offerings.

## What You Will Do - Meet with strategic customers to understand their critical audio and voice AI needs and locate their biggest pain points.

• Identify relevant use cases through deep engagement with customer problems and workflows.
• Collaborate with Engineers to implement voice and audio AI technology into innovative solutions.
• Design and architect bespoke integrations for customers, ensuring seamless fit into their products and operations.
• Guide customers on best practices for implementing voice and audio AI models to maximize effectiveness.
• Present the results of your work and proposals for future work to technical teams and C-suite executives.
• Work closely with the Research and Product teams to incorporate field insights into Elevenlabs' software products and AI models.
• Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation of customer engagements, solutions, and outcomes.
• Participate in internal initiatives to improve processes, tools, and methodologies related to deployment strategy.
• Stay updated on the latest developments in AI, voice technology, and related fields to continuously enhance your expertise.

• Strong proficiency in Excel, with the ability to analyze complex data sets and present findings effectively.
• Experience in managing multiple projects simultaneously, with a focus on delivering results under tight deadlines.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
