About the Role
The Deployment Strategist role at Elevenlabs is a unique opportunity to work at the intersection of AI, customer experience, and technical innovation. As part of a driven and creative team, you will be responsible for deploying voice AI technology to address the most challenging problems faced by Elevenlabs' customers. Your day-to-day work will involve synthesizing complex information, identifying key problems, and developing innovative solutions in collaboration with engineers, product designers, and other strategists.Your mission will be to understand the critical audio and voice AI needs of strategic customers, locate their biggest pain points, and design bespoke integrations that fit seamlessly into their products and operations. You will work closely with customers to guide them on best practices for implementing voice and audio AI models, ensuring maximum effectiveness.

What You Will Do
- Meet with strategic customers to understand their critical audio and voice AI needs and locate their biggest pain points
- Identify relevant use cases through deep engagement with customer problems and workflows
- Design and architect bespoke integrations for customers, ensuring Elevenlabs' technology fits seamlessly into their products and operations
- Guide customers on best practices for implementing voice and audio AI models to maximize their effectiveness
- Present the results of your work and proposals for future work to technical teams and C-suite executives
- Collaborate with the Research and Product teams to incorporate field insights into Elevenlabs' software products and AI models
- Develop and maintain a deep understanding of Elevenlabs' AI technology and its applications
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activity in the voice AI space
- Contribute to the development of Elevenlabs' growth strategy and expansion into new markets
What We Are Looking For
- Proven experience in a strategy or consulting role, preferably in the tech or AI industry
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to synthesize complex information
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with experience presenting to both technical and non-technical audiences
- Proficiency in Excel and experience with data analysis and visualization tools
- Strong understanding of AI and machine learning concepts, and their applications in customer experience
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, autonomous team environment with minimal bureaucracy
- Strong business acumen and understanding of the commercial aspects of AI technology
- Experience working with cross-functional teams, including engineering, product, and design
Nice to Have
- Experience working with voice AI technology or similar AI-driven customer experience solutions
- Knowledge of programming languages such as Python or JavaScript
- Experience with cloud-based platforms and APIs
- Familiarity with Agile development methodologies and version control systems
