What You Will Do

  • Meet with strategic customers to understand their critical audio and voice AI needs and identify key pain points
  • Design and architect bespoke integrations for customers, ensuring seamless deployment of Elevenlabs' technology
  • Collaborate with engineers to implement voice and audio AI technology into innovative solutions
  • Guide customers on best practices for implementing Elevenlabs' voice and audio AI models
  • Present results and proposals to technical teams, C-suite executives, and other stakeholders
  • Work with the Research and Product teams to incorporate field insights into Elevenlabs' software products and AI models
  • Develop a deep understanding of customer workflows and identify opportunities for growth and improvement
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments in AI, voice technology, and customer experience

What We Are Looking For

  • Proven experience in a strategic or consulting role, preferably in the technology or AI industry
  • Strong understanding of customer experience, voice technology, and AI-powered solutions
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage technical and non-technical audiences
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing multiple tasks and projects
