Deployment Strategist Lead - Australia

## About the Role The Deployment Strategist Lead position at ElevenLabs is a unique opportunity to drive the growth of AI voice technology in the Australian market. As a senior leader, you will be responsible for opening up new markets and building a team to deliver strategic customer experiences. This role matters because it has the potential to transform how businesses interact with their customers. You will operate alongside an experienced sales leader, with the support of the broader ElevenLabs team.

Day-to-day, you will engage with strategic customers to understand their needs and identify opportunities for ElevenLabs' voice AI technology. You will also build and lead a team of engineers to implement bespoke integrations for customers. The team context is high-velocity, with a focus on rapid experimentation and minimal bureaucracy.

As a leader in this role, you will have the autonomy to make decisions and drive impact. You will report to senior leadership and work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure successful deployments.

## What You Will Do - Meet with strategic customers to understand their critical audio and voice AI needs and locate their biggest pain points.

• Build and lead a team of forward-deployed engineers within the region.
• Identify relevant use cases through deep engagement with customer problems and workflows.
• Work with engineers to implement ElevenLabs' voice and audio AI technology into innovative solutions.
• Design and architect bespoke integrations for customers, ensuring seamless integration into their products and operations.
• Guide customers on best practices for implementing voice and audio AI models to maximize results.
• Develop and execute a go-to-market strategy to drive growth in the Australian market.
• Collaborate with the sales team to identify and pursue new business opportunities.
• Develop and manage budgets, forecasts, and resource allocation plans.

## What We Are Looking For - Proven experience in driving technology deployments and leading high-performing teams.

• Strong understanding of AI voice technology and its applications.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
• Experience working with Excel and other data analysis tools.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think strategically.
• Experience in a similar role, preferably in the AI or technology industry.
