About the Role
The Deployment Strategist Lead role at ElevenLabs is a senior position responsible for opening up new markets and building a team to drive business growth. This is a unique opportunity to work on cutting-edge AI voice technology and lead a team to deliver innovative solutions to customers. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for identifying and solving complex problems, working closely with customers, and collaborating with cross-functional teams.The role entails working closely with strategic customers to understand their audio and voice AI needs, building and leading a team of forward-deployed engineers, and identifying relevant use cases to implement AI technology. You will also be responsible for designing and architecting bespoke integrations for customers, ensuring seamless integration of ElevenLabs' technology into their products and operations.

What You Will Do
- Meet with strategic customers to understand their critical audio and voice AI needs and locate their biggest pain points
- Build and lead a team of forward-deployed engineers within the region
- Identify relevant use cases through deep engagement with customer problems and workflows
- Work with Engineers to implement AI voice technology into innovative solutions
- Design and architect bespoke integrations for customers
- Ensure seamless integration of ElevenLabs' technology into customers' products and operations
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business growth
- Develop and implement strategies to drive customer adoption and retention
- Analyze customer feedback and market trends to inform product development
- Work closely with the sales team to identify new business opportunities
What We Are Looking For
- 5+ years of experience in a senior role, preferably in AI or a related field
- Strong technical skills, including proficiency in Excel
- Experience in leading and managing high-performing teams
- Strong understanding of AI voice technology and its applications
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think strategically
- Experience working with customers to understand their needs and deliver solutions
