As a Deployment Strategist Lead at Elevenlabs, you will be at the forefront of driving AI adoption in new markets. Your primary focus will be on understanding customer needs, developing tailored solutions, and ensuring seamless integration of Elevenlabs' voice AI technology. What You Will Do
- Meet with strategic customers to understand their critical audio and voice AI needs and identify their biggest pain points.
- Build and lead a team of forward-deployed engineers within the region to support the deployment of Elevenlabs' AI technology.
- Identify relevant use cases through deep engagement with customer problems and workflows, and work with engineers to implement innovative solutions.
- Design and architect bespoke integrations for customers, ensuring Elevenlabs' technology fits seamlessly into their products and operations.
- Guide customers on best practices for implementing Elevenlabs' voice and audio AI models to maximize their impact.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and product development, to drive business growth and customer success.
- Develop and execute a go-to-market strategy for new markets, leveraging market research and competitive analysis.
- Manage and analyze key performance metrics to measure the success of deployments and identify areas for improvement.
- Foster strong relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, partners, and internal teams.
