About the Role

Elevenlabs is transforming how technology interacts with humans, and as a Deployment Strategist, you'll play a pivotal role in this journey. Working closely with engineers, product designers, and other strategists, you'll deploy voice AI technology to tackle the most pressing problems faced by clients. Your expertise will help synthesize complex data into actionable insights, driving real impact for customers.

The role is dynamic, with no two days being the same. However, your core mission will remain focused on understanding client needs, identifying relevant use cases, and implementing bespoke integrations that fit seamlessly into their operations.

What You Will Do

  • Meet with strategic clients to grasp their critical audio and voice AI needs and pinpoint their biggest pain points.
  • Collaborate with engineers to implement voice and audio AI technology into innovative solutions tailored to client needs.
  • Design and architect bespoke integrations to ensure Elevenlabs' technology fits flawlessly into client products and operations.
  • Guide clients on best practices for implementing voice and audio AI models to maximize effectiveness.
  • Present project outcomes and future work proposals to various audiences, from technical teams to C-suite executives.
  • Work closely with the Research and Product teams to incorporate field insights into Elevenlabs' software products and AI models.
  • Engage in rapid experimentation, leveraging lean autonomous teams and minimal bureaucracy to achieve high-velocity results.
  • Utilize Excel and other tools to analyze data and inform strategic decisions.

What We Are Looking For

  • Proven experience in a strategic or deployment role, preferably in an AI or tech-related field.
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to synthesize complex data into actionable insights.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, capable of convincing both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Experience working with Excel and other data analysis tools.
  • A strong understanding of AI technology, particularly voice and audio AI models.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with minimal bureaucracy.
  • Commitment to achieving excellence in every aspect of work.

Nice to Have

  • Experience in the Middle East market or working with international clients.
  • Familiarity with Elevenlabs' platforms, such as ElevenAgents, ElevenCreative, and ElevenAPI.
  • Knowledge of additional data analysis tools beyond Excel.
